First Edition of the revised and expanded version, as King originally intended it. Signed by the Author and Artist (Berni Wrightson). Bound in full leather, foil stamped, gold gilt page edges, placed in a red satin lined wood box with an etched brass plate. The box is often referred to as a " Coffin ". copies
