    How do I know which imprinter to purchase? Is there a difference between them?
    All manual imprinters (tabletop, pump-handle, portable, or wallet) serve the same purpose. That is to accurately and securely record all of your credit card transactions in a quick, effective manner. No imprinter is specific to a particular business type. Therefore, if you prefer a more compact imprinter we suggest our new wallet imprinter. If you own a storefront or retail business and you have counter top space, we suggest looking at our tabletop models. They are compact and some models have stay-put suction cup feet. The imprinter you purchase is based solely on your liking. They all provide the same results.

    Can you explain the difference between the credit card slips you sell?
    There are two factors to consider:
    Sales VS. Credit - Sales slips are used when your transaction is a sale and you are applying a charge to a consumer's credit card. In turn, credit slips are only used when you are issuing a refund to a consumer's credit card for goods or services that were returned to you.
    Short VS Long - Short slips and long slips are functionally the same. Some merchants prefer the short slips because they are more compact and easier to handle and file away. Other merchants prefer the long slips because of the space it provides for sale information, a means of documenting more details of the transaction. So the decision is entirely yours.

    How do I send you the plate information?
    Do NOT send us an email with your plate information NOR put your plate information in the "notes" section of our checkout or PayPal. You will delay your order if you do so! Once payment has been made, you'll receive further instructions on proceeding.

    Keep in mind the access code is valid for 21 days so don't delay!

    What is your shipping policy?

    Paid orders received by 4 o'clock eastern time Monday through Friday will ship the same day (excluding holidays). Remember, you must provide a physical shipping address because United Parcel Service cannot deliver to PO Boxes, and we do at times utilize their services.

    We do offer UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air for an additional fee. Please provide your zip code through email and we can provide additional shipping fee costs. As long as payment is received before 4pm EST M-F, item will ship same day.

    Do you combine shipping?
    We do combine shipping on the items that we offer. The additional shipping costs for the items are listed at the bottom of all our auctions. When checking out, shipping will automatically combine for the items you have purchased.

    What is your warranty policy?
    All of our imprinters are guaranteed for a period of one year from date of receipt of your item. If your imprinter should fail due to workmanship, it will be replaced free of charge (excluding shipping cost.) To exchange your item contact us first. Package your item and pay for all shipping fees. When we receive your item, we will replace it with a brand new one. The item must show only normal signs of wear and tear. This warranty does not apply to merchandise that has been damaged by abuse, neglect, or misuse of the item. If you have any questions please email us at info@mrimprinter.com.

    What is your return/refund policy?
    Buy with Confidence! If you are not satisfied with your item, you may ship it back at your expense and upon inspection of the item, to determine that the item is in the SAME condition as was shipped, we will refund 100% of your purchase, excluding shipping. All items returned for refunds must be returned no later than 15 days after the item is received. No exceptions allowed.
