Payment for all orders must be received within 10 days of order placement.  After 10 days, SolarFly Cards reserves the right to cancel any order and make the merchandise available for purchase by another customer.

SolarFly Cards uses a real time inventory system to protect against product being ordered that is not in stock.  If for any reason an item ordered is not in stock due to a system error, the customer will be notified within 24 hours of order placement.  If payment has already been sent, a full refund will be given immediately, or the customer can choose to substitute other merchandise in the place of the out of stock merchandise.

Credit Cards are not processed until all merchandise ordered is verified to be in stock.  If a credit card payment is declined, the customer will be notified immediately to verify credit card information and/or provide a new method of payment.

All Personal checks must be held for 7 days after deposit to ensure that all funds clear.  The customer will be notified upon clearing and the order will be shipped.

Orders will be shipped immediately upon receipt of all money orders and bank checks.

Payment for all pre-orders is also due within 10 days of order placement.  If for any reason the product is canceled by the card company, the customer will receive a full refund.  The customer will also be notified if there is any production delay which in turn causes a delay in the release date of the product.
