Warranty 
We take pride in our exceptional customer service and thus provide a 1 Year Limited Warranty on all our Rolex and Rolex Tudor Watches. The warranty does not cover accidents or abuse, batteries, the strap, or the buckle. The warranty is void if the crystal is broken, balance staff is broken or if the watch has any signs of water damage.
It's our privilege to provide a Surety Bond from Liberty Mutual for up to $25,000.00. Our business has been verified and is continually monitored by BUYSAFE to insure your security and confidence in your purchase.
Authenticity
While authenticity is Guaranteed or your Money Back, Original Box and papers are included only when so noted in the listing. Our timepieces undergo a meticulous examination process by our in-house Master Watchmaker with over 30 years of experience in Rolex and Rolex Tudor and other Swiss made timepiece repair. This insures authenticity and proper mechanical performance for years to come. We provide exceptional customer service, so we include a Certified Certificate of Appraisal that indicates the authenticity, model number, serial number, as well as replacement value of the timepiece.
We're an independent dealer of fine vintage watches and are not an authorized agent or affiliated with any of the fine manufactures whose watches we sell. We're not affiliated with Rolex USA or Rolex International. All Rolex and Rolex Tudors watches offered by us are pre-owned and we're the sole warrantor for up to 1 Year unless noted on Item.
