    Returns are done on a case by case basis, but the following rules generally apply: All returns must arrive within 14 days. They can be sent via FedEx or the Post Office. Brand New Sealed items must remain sealed or they may not be returnable. All other items must arrive in the same condition as they were sent out in. Refunds don't include shipping. Parts a non-returnable. All orders returned without defect are subject to a small restocking fee to cover our labor costs.

     

    Any Questions about return policy should be asked before purchase.  When you agree to purchase an item from us, these are the terms of the sale.

    Q: Do you combine shipping and handling costs for multiple items won?

    A: Yes we are happy to combine any items paid for at the same time.  Each additional item�s S&H after the first item will be discounted by $2.50*.  Simply go through checkout and pay for your items together to receive this discount.  Our checkout system will automatically process this discount when paid together. (must be shipped to the same address.)

    *This discount is the usual discount for combined purchases, however we do run some specials that may have another shipping discount already in place, and it�s a general rule and it doesn�t cover all items.

     

    Q: How do you ship?

    A: We use FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, and United States Postal Service for all orders.  The choice is made by the shipping department at the time of shipment based on weight, dimensions, and address we are shipping to.  We can�t guarantee which service is used.

     

    Q: When do you ship out orders?

    A: We ship out orders Monday through Friday.  We usually ship orders within 24 � 48 hours.  We are closed on weekends and holidays. 

     

    Q: Do you have a tracking number for my item?

    A: For most orders we put your e-mail address on file at time of purchase in with the shipping company so that they can directly send you a tracking number when we ship your item.  Do not worry if you have not received a tracking number.

     

    Q: When will my item arrive?

    A: We ship items out as quickly as we can and usually processing orders that come in within 1-2 business days.    We can�t speak for transit times on items, but when you receive your tracking number you may get an estimate for arrival. (Please note this estimate is provided by the shipping company and not us � DO NOT HOLD US RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING ARRIVAL ESTIMATES.)  For items going to AK, HI, PR, APO or similar it may take extra time for your order to arrive.  For Canada orders can range from 7 to 30 days.

     

    Q: Can I pick my item up?

    A: Most of our items are stored in our warehouse that doesn�t have public access.  However many of our larger items like microwaves are stored at our other smaller facility that does have the ability for local pickups.

     

    Q: What if my item is lost or damaged in transit?

    A: Contact us immediately! If you have purchased insurance at the time you paid we will file the claim and do all the paperwork for it.
