At Rocket Auctions, we take pride in being accessable as a small business can be to our customers. We do not have a 24 hour call center hotline but those are generally a waste of time anyway. We are in the warehouse from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM MST and we are usually pretty quick to answer questions and solve problems. Rest assured, that if you ever have a problem, you don't have to go to far to talk to the guy in charge!

Our warehouse is Located in Centerville Utah. If you don't know where that is, don't feel too bad, most people don't. Centerville is about 15 minutes North of Salt Lake City. We do not have a retail location but we do welcome local pick-ups with an appointment
