WHEN SHIPPED: 7-10 Days after payment is cleared. Here's Why!!! GrilleGuy.com LLC, is strictly a make to order business, meaning we hold ZERO finished goods inventory. During the Checkout procedure our patrons are able to configure a completely custom Grille. After payment is received, the invoice is converted into a unique work order and added to a queue. The lag time between when the work order is generated and when the item ships is usually 7-10 days, often sooner.
NOTIFICATION: You will receive an email notification when, - Payment is received - Item is shipped - If delivery is going to exceed 10 days (rare but it happens)
