    For international orders we will not falsify any customs documents in any way due to serious legal consequences.

     

    Insurance is available on all items at an additional cost which will be automatically calculated during checkout based on the current USPS insurance rates and the selling price.  We will not be held responsible for any damages or loss that occurs in shipping.  Items shipped without insurance are shipped at your own risk.  We must be notified of all damages to insured items within 24 hours of you receiving the shipment.  Once you notify us we will file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf and provide you with instructions on anything that you may need to do.  If the claim is approved by the shipping company, we will issue a payment to you in the amount of the settlement within 24 hours of our receipt of the settlement from the shipping company.  The claims process usually takes 30 days or less but can take up to 90 days depending on the carrier.

     

     

    All used items are sold as is and no returns will be accepted.  New items can be returned for store credit only.  We do not accept returns or exchanges on cycling bottoms or team clothing.  We are not responsible for slight differences in colors of new products where stock pictures are used in the listing since many companies make minor changes to their products from time to time during the year.  Any sizing charts and information that we include in a listing are just a guideline since everyone likes their clothing and shoes to fit differently.  If sizing is a concern, feel free to email us at sales@bicyclechemistry.com and our best to assist you however there is no way that we can guarantee that an item will fit you the way that you want.  We must be notified via email within 24 hours of arrival of the product if and why you would like to make a return.  We will send you an RA number that must be included on the outside of the package in order for us to accept the item from the shipper.  All returns must be sent prepaid at your expense (via the same or equal service that they were sent to you) within 2 business days of us sending you the RA number.  All returned items are subject to inspection upon return to verify that they are in new condition with no scratches, stains, etc. with all tags attached and factory packaging (in undamaged condition) that was included.  If products do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge to cover our eBay and payment expenses.  If the item that you wish to return had free shipping included in the purchase price you must pay the appropriate shipping charges in addition to the restocking fee. 

     

    Exchanges can be made for sizing reasons on some products such as non team clothing and cycling shoes provided we have the size that you need in stock at the time of exchange.  The item that you wish to exchange must meet the same condition requirements that are listed in our return policy.  If you wish to exchange an item, please email us within 24 hours of the items arrival so we can check stock on the new item and issue you a RA number.  The RA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package when it arrives in order for it to be accepted.  All exchanges must be sent prepaid at your expense (via the same or equal service that they were sent to you) within 2 business days of us sending you the RA number.
