Welcome to GARKA Policies Page

GARKA.com is proud to be a seller of surplus products through this storefront and various auction sites. We desire to help you in any way we can with your purchase. To be of our best service to you, please have ALL your questions answered before you order as this is a "One Way Street" for all products. We answer emails promptly Monday through Friday, and sometimes on the weekends too. We usually have more than one of most items that appear in our storefront.

The prices our items sell for are pennies on the dollar compared to its typical "List Price", M.S.R.P., other Web store prices and even Dealer cost prices. Surplus means we bought it from some failed dot com, Chapter 7 business or manufacturers overrun. Some of the items are used Lease returns and so noted in the item description. Often, these items are one of a kind unprecidented values!

Due to the nature of the surplus business and the auction models we follow, ALL Sales are Final without exception. Every product we sell has a 14 day D.O.A. Exchange Warranty unless noted in the product description page as having no warranty (often called a "Parts Unit"), or that a longer manufacturer warranty may apply on top of our 14 day Exchange Warranty.

The 14 day Exchange Warranty means if the product is defective once it arrives at your shipping address, you have up to 14 days to exchange it for an identical item at the buyers (your) shipping expense by notifying us using email at any of our email addresses such as sales@garka.com. If the item was damaged by the delivery carrier (UPS, U.S.P.S., etc), you must notify us as soon as possible using email at any of our email addresses. We will file a insurance claim and get you a replacement product after the insurance is paid to us (or sooner for items less than $100 in value).

For inventory products we are out of inventory on (Sold Out) and they arrive to you D.O.A. and were not damaged in shipping, we will repair the item or refund the full purchase price at our discretion within a reasonable period of time. If the product was sold strictly "As Is" it means there is no warranty of any kind expressed or implied. Often this type of item is referred to as a "Parts Item".

All orders are shipped promptly Tuesday through Friday. If you are using a credit card for your purchase, it will not be charged until it is within 24 hours of the day the product ships to you unless it is a specific deposit on a larger order.

Finally, we do not sell ANY information about ANY of our customers Ever! We (GARKA and Abyss Systems) do reserve the right to directly communicate with you via email or phone about your order, or other products in the future we feel may be of interest to you.

As well, your credit card information is completely deleted from our system the day your order is shipped to you. It is not retained by us in any form electronic or hard copy (printed). We utilize secure servers and only our accounts payable person will ever see your information until the order is processed.
