RETURN/REFUND POLICY
NO refunds will be made or returns accepted on eBay auction purchases if negative feedback is left.
Please give us a chance to work with you regarding your transaction. If you do not give us this opportunity you forfeit your refund.
All electrical items that are purchased from either the storefront or at auction on eBay, and are idenfied as USED, or NOS will have a 30-day return period if found defectiv,e in which the corresponding part will be replaced (if inventory levels permit) or your purchase price will be refunded. All sales of non-electrical items labeled as USED or NOS (New Old Stock) are final.
FEEDBACK
For items purchased at auction, we leave feedback after we have received a positive feedback on an item. This protects our feedback rating, and gives unsatisfied customers an additional reason to contact us before leaving feedback. We are reasonable, and if something isn't as expected we'll come to an agreement and make it right. We do all of our feedback at once, every 2 or three weeks. Please be patient!
SHIPPING
Purchasers have the ability to select multiple shipping carriers at check-out, including FedEx, US Postal Service, and Greyhound Express. USPS Priority or Express are the only selection available for shipments outside of the United States. Insurance on shipments can be specified by the purchaser prior to completing the checkout. Declared values for insurance purposes are automatically calculated as the purchase price plus shipping and handling charges, and cannot be increased.
