Why do I have to checkout -- can't I just pay you?

Checkout gives us the information we need to help you. Because thousands of items are in the system at any one time, checkout is faster and more accurate than manual processing. So we are unable to do anything until checkout has been completed. The reason it's set up this way is so our software does not  miss your payment. This way we can avoid delays before they happen, and get your order to you on time, every time.

Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping - one very low rate, no matter how much you order! Because we consolidate shipping, you'll get the LOWEST bulk-rate freight charge worldwide. We guarantee it.

"Flat-rate shipping means you can order as much as you like, but you'll never pay more than our super-low advertised rate per order! Why do we do it? Because when we can charge less than other sellers, we make it easier for you to buy in bulk."

Within Australia, express courier delivery may be available for some items, at your option during checkout. Although all our freight options are low cost, courier is charged at a higher rate than our standard flat-rates above,

Insurance:

We use MBFO to store/pick/pack/send your products.

Insurance is optional, and is the only way to protect yourself from items being "lost" or damaged in transit. MBFO records sent items by date using an internal manifest, but no subsequent tracking of any item is available, unless an insurance barcode is used.

If you wish to have the security of:

• Point-to-point tracking of your order
• POD (proof of delivery -- signature required)
• Insurance against loss/damage

Then please take up the optional insurance during the checkout process. Although we do wish to be helpful, enquiries regarding any deliveries without insurance paid prior to shipment cannot be entertained, because prepaid insurance is the only way to assign tracking information.
