To get started with your 2-week free trial and to begin using the system follow this step-by-step guide:

- Set up your account:
- Go to Settings and then go to Manage your auction site Marketplace Accounts settings where you can set-up various elements of your Auctionworks account:
- Marketplace accounts - specific to each marketplace and each seller ID/username
- Account Information - allows you to manage your work in the marketplace
- Marketplace Auction Defaults - areas of the listing under marketplace control
- Auction template - pre-determine a consisten "look-and-feel" or brand for your auction listings
- Auction Launch Template Settings - sets default payment & shipping terms
- Ballista™ Bulk List Settings - choose a pre-designed template, or design your own!
- Notification Payment Settings - determines how shipping and taxes are to be calculated
- Traction™ Notification Settings - determine how communication with buyers will occur and appear
- Use ClickOut™ Automated Checkout System - for best results, set up a StoreFront where your personal checkout will be hosted
**Return to Account Settings and REFRESH / RELOAD the page for your changes to take effect
- Decide which email notifications you'd like to use and edit the content
- Determine when Feedback will be left and how the messages will appear
- Load inventory and images Inventory & Images
- Launch items (one at a time via ClickLaunch™ or via our automated and bulk tools known as LaunchBots™)
- Use Monitor to view real-time sales activity
- Utilize Orders functionality to manage all post-sales tasks
- Customers provides a database of all your customer information
- Consult Reports to view all order and inventory item activity
