To help make planning a little easier please use the worksheet below to keep things organized. Please feel free to copy/paste into a new email message or print it. Fill in the blanks or edit to remove unnecessary info and then send it to us. We can expect there to be a few revisions, sending it back and forth a few times for any refinements.

It is recommended that the entire bridal party order together on one invoice, as subsequent orders may not meet the required quantity to qualify for the bulk order discount (also an incentive to help keep us all organized). Shipping cost may then also be kept to a minimum when all items are sent in one parcel.

Helpful suggestions:
~ keeping each person's record on a separate sheet
~ provide true measurements rather than bra/cup size so we do not need to convert
~ the sarong will "scrunch up" and lose some length when worn. Actual length measurement is fine, we can do the calculations to compensate for the loss in length.
~ Fabric samples are also available.
~ Custom order sarongs may only be needed for extra tall or petite ladies, you should be able to find what you need on the website.
