    Your businesses are greatly appreciated and your satisfaction is the top priority to us. If you are not satisfied for any reasons, please return merchandises with original conditions and postmark within 7 days after delivery for a prompt free exchange or refund as selling selling price. All shipping & handling fees are not refundable.

    3. How is the lowest price guaranteed?
    Our goal is to delivery excellent quality products to you and your saving is our big concern too. You should balance the total cost instead only either selling price or shipping&handling fees anywhere anytime. If you find another seller to sell same quality product at a lower regular price within 7 days after delivery, please email us a link of the item page. The price above means the total cost that includes selling price and shipping&handling charges. The price from another seller is a regular price instead of promotion one. After we investigate and confirm, we will honor to credit back 120% of the price difference.
    4. What are the US. shipping and handling charges, optional insurance and custom duty?

    The US. shipping and handling charges include the following: charges for shipping/insurance, materials and labors from original countries to our location in Texas; all import fees and duties in the U.S. custom; and lastly, charges for shipping, materials and labors from our location in Texas to your location. Our suppliers send us artworks for inspections in US. from all the world before we send them to buyers. You should balance the total charge anywhere anytime, but the lowest price is guaranteed by us! We have been working very hard to guarantee you to get the lowest prices in total. Please don't place an order or a bid from us if not understanding our price structure or trying to negotiate after closing.


    The shipping&handling charges MUST be paid for each item. Combined shipping may have $1 discount on S&H of each additional one, but stretching or framing is not applied to combined shipping discount. If shipping&handling fees are not listed in the item description, please be sure to click button on item page to retrieve shipping and handling charges for single or multiple items all the world before bidding or ordering.

    Insurance is optional on all our items. If insurance is not purchased, seller is not responsible for damage or loss after shipping. Before shipping, we double check if all items are good and packed well. Despite our best efforts, mail is occasionally damaged, so the insurance is strongly recommended.

    Signature confirmation is optional at $2 extra for each package.  If insurance is ordered, but signature confirmation is not ordered, seller is not responsible for loss after delivering to a correct address.  If buyer lives in an unsafe neighborhood, signature confirmation is strongly recommended.

    Some country governments may collect custom duties for some items from oversea upon delivery. Buyers are responsible for any custom duties. If you buyers refuse items to the sender, the shipping&handling fees and insurance are not refundable even when the items returns to the sender.

    6. Will I be charged sales tax?
    Only buyers in Texas, U.S. need to pay sales tax as 7.25% of total order amount including shipping and handling fees.

    7. How do I pay after closing?
    Please use the check-out in invoice or item description to pay and check order and payment status. This check-out works for international orders or combined shipping.

    8. How can I get combined shipping discount at auctions?
    Please use the check-out in invoice or item description to pay all together for saving as described after you win all.

    9. How can I check order/payment status, change payment method or pay without an invoice?
    You may do that with the check-out button in listing description usually in 14 days after ordering.

    10. If my online payment status is pending, what do I do next?
    It means your payment doesn't go through. Seller won't process your order until you fix payment problems and payment status is cleared.

    11. My payment status still pending after I try to pay at check-out many times, what should I do?
    Repeating the same payment method will result mostly the same, so please pay with one of three alternative payment methods shown on question 5.

    12. How and when will orders be shipped?

    Paintings are rolled and shipped in tubes by post office unless stretched or framed or multiple items by FedEx within 1-3 business days after payments clear. It takes 1-5 days for stretching and 1-7 days for framing. All orders are shipped by standard services unless rush shipping request. Please email us to quote for special express shipping. It usually takes 4-7 business days to delivery with the standard services in US. and 4-14 days for rest of the world. Sometimes shippers might delay to delivery up to 30 days. Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Please contact us to track if the packages are not received 30 days after shipping. We email customers shipment notifications as soon as the packages were shipped out.
    Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO and FPO addresses are treated as US. continental states, but we usually only use U.S. post office to these regions and other countries.

    If item/listing description states that the item is shipped by airmail with a tracking number from China, it usually takes 14 working days, but possibly up to 30 days for delivery.
    All orders are not available for local pick-up. NO EXCEPTION!

    14. Do you offer the painting stretched or framed?

    Yes and worldwide prices are listed on GA28.COM. You can add optional stretching or framing into your order at our check-out in invoice or item description. If you want paintings framed from us, you have to order the stretching first so that we amount all parts together and make them ready to hang. If you can't find the optional stretching or framing links at check-out, please click the top tab of "Professional Stretching and Framing" to add optional services.

    15. What is the 100% satisfaction refund policy?
    PLEASE CONTACT THE SELLER FIRST BEFORE RETURN. Please return package to the "Ship From" address on label in the original condition and postmarked within 7 days after delivery if you are not satisfied for any reasons. We will offer you free exchange or refund as selling/bidding price. All shipping&handling charges and insurance are not refundable. We are not responsible for shipping-back freights, damages or losses, so please keep a receipt and a shipping record from the shipper/mailer for your protection.
    Please keep the original packaging for damage inspections in case you receive packages in damage.

    We use the information you provide about yourself and someone else when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
    We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
    We use return email addresses to send our catalog as well as updates on our new products and services. If you don't like, please email us to take your email address out the mailing list.

    We respect intellectual property rights over the world. All listed art works are copyrighted and provided from various suppliers who claim to hold their sufficient rights for selling on our websites or they are produced under copyright lows or authorized agreements. If you believe that your art works are copied or misused against intellectual property rights, please directly contact us immediately. As soon as we receive claims of infringements or pending infringements, we will remove such actual or alleged infringing art works from our websites for investigations.
