Shipping Policies:

For Prisms and Jewelry: Pay only $1.50 shipping for each additional item! Pay for the heaviest item, and then every added item is just $1.50 to ship.
Exceptions would be on multiple heavy items such as garden stakes, tiles and stain glass; these heavier items are a minimum of $3 each to ship when added to an existing order.
International orders and heavy orders are quoted based on combined weight and wrap materials used.

XinaCat carefully packs and ships all orders within 1-4 business days from the time payment was received. Limited Editions and Made to Orders may require additional time. If for some reason there is a delay in shipping your order, you will be contacted.
Typical delivery time for domestic orders shipped to a United States address is within 2-6 business days.
Insurance within the USA : Guarantees replacement product if lost or damaged during shipment. Otherwise seller cannot be held responsible once the package leaves the Post Office. Insurance is encouraged for no worries.
Postal Insurance is optional for this purchase: $1.65 for the first $50.00.

International Shipping Notes:

Typical delivery time for international orders is 5-10 business days.
International orders may incur delays associated with custom clearance at the destination country.
XinaCat shipping charges do NOT include country specific custom taxes and duty fees. These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.
The buyer is responsible for the applicable import duty and local tax. Please verify with your customs before purchase.
XinaCat uses the most economical shipping methods for international packages. Unfortunately, no tracking number is available for these methods. We would be glad to ship your item using USPS Global Express Mail, which comes with a tracking number for an additional fee.
Please note that while estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days, it is our experience that many packages take 4-6 weeks to arrive due to custom clearance at the destination country.
We cannot ship to an international PO Box.

Return policy:

Returns: No Returns on crystal, glass or tile products. Due to the fragile nature of these products, we cannot guarantee flawlessness once these items leave our facility and we cannot resell them to anyone else. We want all of our customers to be thrilled with our products so please ask any questions before ordering to insure your satisfaction when your package is delivered.

If there is any damage or you're not satisfied, please e-mail XinaCat at xinacat@yahoo.com within 3 days of receipt to discuss arrangements for an exchange.

Combine Orders, Save Money in Shipping!

We combine orders! If you are getting more than one item from XinaCat and you would like to receive multiple items shipped together, please wait to pay for all your items until your last item closes, and you will save money on combined shipping - a very good thing! >^..^<

Your first auction win or purchase opens a 7 day shopping cart. During this 7 day period, you may add as many items to your cart as you wish so that you can save money with combined shipping. Your heaviest item will be charged one time for shipping and each additional item will be only $1 -$4, depending on the weight of the added items; most items are just $1.00 to add, to cover weight and wrap.

Please do not total out and pay for your items until you have added all of the items that you want. Once you pay, your cart is locked and if you order another item, it will begin again, as if this was a new order.

IMPORTANT - to expedite your order, please complete checkout AFTER receiving an "item Winner" e-mail from XinaCat. This e-mail has a link to our checkout page, so we can complete the sale. It's fast and easy.
Note: Not going through our own checkout will delay your order.

Transaction must be paid for within 7 days. Personal checks and money orders are welcome, however know we must wait for checks to clear before we can ship. We will waive the wait policy if we have done business together before.

Exceptions: if you have been a steady XinaCat customer in the past and you maintain stellar feedback.

Electronic payment by PayPal is preferred and gets you the goods even faster.

International Payment:

Payment from international buyers must be made in certified funds in US dollars. We accept International Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks.

Out of Stock Policy

Though 99% of the items you see in the XinaCat store are good in stock, keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it.

This happens very rarely: just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.
