How long do I have to checkout and pay for my item after the auction ends?
You must pay for auction within 10 days or negative feedback will be posted, and will be reported to eBay as a non paying bidder.

How do I complete checkout?
WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENTS VIA PAYPAL THROUGH EBAY'S CHECKOUT. Please DO NOT pay directly through Paypal's website.

You can access eBay Checkout through the following ways:

  • The item listing page, simply click on the 'PAY NOW' button.
  • Your My eBay Bidding/Watching page, in the 'Items I've Won' section, click on the 'PAY NOW' button
  • The eBay end of auction email, click on the 'Buyer, to complete this sale via Checkout, click here' link, then from the 'Buyers Payment Status', click the 'PAY NOW' button

What payment method do you accept?
WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENTS VIA PAYPAL THROUGH EBAY'S CHECKOUT. Please DO NOT pay directly through Paypal's website. Sorry, we do NOT accept personal checks, money orders, COD, or any other payment methods at this time.

Do you accept PayPal?
WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENTS VIA PAYPAL THROUGH EBAY'S CHECKOUT. Please DO NOT pay directly through PayPal's website.

Do you accept payments from a non-U.S. PayPal account?
No, we are unable to accept payments from a non-U.S. PayPal account even if you are entering a U.S. shipping address into the Checkout screen. This is because all international PayPal payments are blocked.

Can I pay with a Visa/MasterCard that is not US based?
We can only accept payments via PayPal from credit cards with a US based billing address.

I purchased multiple items; can I combine checkout and shipping?
Sorry, multiple items from multiple listings cannot be combined in checkout or in shipping at this time. We ship from multiple locations throughout US and therefore are unable to bundle or combine multiple purchases into a single shipment.

Can I ship my item to a different address then my credit card address?
Yes, just enter the address in the ship to section of the checkout screen and make sure to enter your billing address in the bill to section.

How do I know my payment has been received?
Upon Payment, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from PayPal confirming your payment. After you have successfully paid for your item, please allow 24-46 hours (not including weekends) for us to process your order before sending order status inquiries.

Sales Tax Questions

Do you charge sales tax?
Hagemeyer Auction Outlet will apply sales tax during checkout for all sales in all states based upon the delivery address. Hagemeyer has property in all 50 states, therefore has a NEXUS in all 50 states. States in which we have NEXUS require us to collect sales tax based on the individual state's statute.

Please note that, while resellers are welcome to purchase from our site, we cannot process reseller tax id certificates. If so desired, please contact us through email at auctionoutlet@hagemeyerna.com to receive Hagemeyer's tax id --needed for reimbursement from your respective state. .

Shipping Questions
What shipping method do you use?
Hagemeyer Auction Outlet ships to the Continental United States only. Sorry - we DO NOT offer Express Shipping for any of our auctions. We are NOT able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US provinces, P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Please expect 5 - 7 business days for standard ground shipping. We ship only Monday through Friday -- we currently do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Shipments to remote and/or rural locations may require additional time for delivery. Customers may be required to sign for delivery. Should you wish to have your order left without a signature, please advise the carrier upon the first delivery attempt. We are responsible for delivery up through the confirmation of delivery, but not for any packages lost, damaged or stolen after delivery. All items will be shipped to winning bidders; we do not have the ability to do customer pick-ups. Shipping charges are set by item per auction. Undeliverable or refused shipments may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Do you provide Express or Overnight Shipping?
No, we do not offer Express or Overnight Shipping for any of our auctions at this time.

How much do I pay for shipping & handling?
The shipping & handling charges are set by item per auction and is automatically figured into your final purchase price. Please see the Shipping & Handling charges section in the listing page.

Does insurance cost extra?
No, shipping insurance is included in the shipping and handling charges.

How long does it take to ship my item?

Are shipping charges negotiable?
No, our shipping and handling charges are calculated into your final purchase price and include insurance coverage for any damage that may occur during transit.

How do I know my order has been shipped?
Upon shipment, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order online. Please allow 24 hours from the time you receive the UPS tracking number, for tracking information to be available online.

Can I change my ship to address after I checked out?
For your security, once you check out you cannot change your shipping address.

What is the return and exchange policy?
All Hagemeyer Auction Outlet items are sold �as is� and are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

My product arrived damaged during shipping, who should I contact?
Please email us at auctionoutlet@hagemeyerna.com and include your email address, eBay Listing Number and/or order number, and a brief description of the damage/problem in your inquiry so one of our agents can promptly research your request within 72 hours.
