Refund Policy: We will accept returns and issue refunds within 3 days of your receiving the item(s) if you are not satisfied. Shipping charges (this includes shipping to you and return shipping to us) are not refundable. Item(s) must be in exact condition as when it departed our facility to be eligible for the refund. Please contact us via email at duckydepot@bellsouth.net if you have any concerns or questions. Damaged Items: If optional insurance of $1.30 (optional insurance applies only to orders under $50) is purchased at checkout, your item(s) will be replaced at no additional charge in the event of loss or damage. If we are out of stock on a damaged item, you will be issued a full refund, including your shipping expenses. You must contact us regarding damages prior to shipping the item(s) back. Contact us at duckydepot@bellsouth.net. Insurance: Orders with merchandise totals over $50 will automatically be insured at The Ducky Depot's expense. Buyers will be given the opportunity to purchase USPS insurance for $1.30 on orders less than $50 during checkout. It is highly recommended for your protection. We have chosen to keep it optional at this time to keep shipping costs lower for you. We pack items carefully, but there are rare occassions for loss or damage by USPS. Shipping: Shipments are made daily Monday - Saturday on USPS first class and Priority packages. Weekdays for FedEx Ground. Currently we are only shipping within the US. Occassionally, exceptions will be made for items weighing less than 1 pound. You must contact us first for approval if this is the case. Tracking: Delivery confirmation is provided at no charge on USPS packages. You will receive an email with this number once your item(s) ships. Delivery confirmation does not follow a package along its route, but does confirm delivery once it reaches final destination. Packages shipped via FedEx Ground will have tracking number. Sales Tax: Shipments made to GA are subject to 6% sales tax. |
