Product Questions

What is the Newark InOne Outlet?
The Newark InOne Outlet is a sales channel used by Newark InOne to liquidate product that is considered excess by Newark InOne or is considered obsolete by the manufacturer. The product is first quality. Unless otherwise specified, the product is new and in the manufacturer's original packaging. It has been stored and will be shipped in compliance with the manufacturer's specifications. The product offered in the Newark InOne Outlet is available from Newark InOne Outlet only for the quantities specified. The product is offered at greatly reduced prices and is only available from the Newark InOne Outlet. It cannot be purchased from our website - www.NewarkInOne.com nor through your local Newark InOne sales office.

I have a question on a specific product, where can I get more information?
All information that is available to us are posted on our auctions. Buyers are responsible for part number verification and application fit.

Can I purchase the items found in the Newark InOne Outlet through Newark InOne's website or from my local Newark InOne sales office?
These items are all first quality in the manufacturers' original packaging and originally sold through Newark InOne's other sales channels. However, because of the deep discounts we are offering on these items, they are being offered through the Newark InOne Outlet exclusively. Therefore, the items listed on this site are available only through the Newark InOne Outlet on eBay.

Are the products new?
Unless otherwise specified, the product is new, and, in most cases, still in the manufacturers' original packaging. The product has been stored and will be shipped according to the manufacturers' specifications.

Do products come with warranty?
Newark InOne protects our customers by purchasing quality products from the top manufacturers in the business. But, because product sold on eBay is considered excess by Newark InOne and /or obsolete by the manufacturer, it is sold AS IS. However, should you receive an item that does not meet the manufacturer�s specifications, please send an e-mail to us at:newarkinoneoutlet@newarkinone.com with specific details about the problem. Newark InOne will review the circumstances and, at our discretion, replace the product or provide a refund.

Payment/Checkout Questions

How long do I have to checkout and pay for my item after the auction ends?
The winning bidder must pay within 15 days or negative feedback will be posted. Winning bidders who do not pay will be reported to eBay as a non paying bidder.

How do I complete checkout?
WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENTS VIA PAYPAL THROUGH OUR AUCTIONWORKS CHECKOUT. Please DO NOT pay directly through Paypal's website.

Access eBay Checkout through the following methods:

  • The item listing page, simply click on the 'PAY NOW' button.
  • Your My eBay Bidding/Watching page, in the 'Items I've Won' section, click on the 'PAY NOW' button
  • The eBay end of auction email, click on the 'Buyer, to complete this sale via Checkout, click here' link, then from the 'Buyers Payment Status', click the 'PAY NOW' button

What payment method do you accept?
WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENTS VIA PAYPAL THROUGH EBAY'S CHECKOUT. Please DO NOT pay directly through Paypal's website. We do NOT accept personal checks, money orders, COD, or any other payment methods.

Do you accept Paypal?

Do you accept payments from a non-U.S. PayPal account?
We can accept payments from a non-U.S. PayPal account as long as you are entering a valid U.S. shipping address into the Checkout screen. The shipping address cannot be a P.O. Box.

Can I pay with a Visa/MasterCard that is not US based?
Yes. As long as you are providing us with a valid U.S. shipping address. The shipping address cannot be a P.O.Box. Also, please note that the transaction will be conducted in U.S. dollars.

I purchased multiple items; can I combine checkout and shipping?
We can combine items to reduce the shipping and handling as long as we receive the orders on the same day.

Can I ship my item to a different address than my credit card address?
Yes, just enter the address in the ship to section of the PayPal checkout screen. The ship to address must be a vaild U.S. address and cannot be a P.O. Box.

How do I know my payment has been received?
Upon Payment, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email from PayPal. After you have successfully paid for your item, please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to process your order before sending order status inquires.

I am unable to complete checkout, what should I do?
Please send an e-mail to us at:newarkinoneoutlet@newarkinone.com with specific details about the problem. Remember to include the eBay Listing ID number. One of our employees will respond as soon as we determine what the problem is and get it corrected - normally within 2 business days.

Sales Tax Questions

Do you charge sales tax, if so, in what states does it apply?
Newark InOne Outlet is required to charge, collect and remit state and local sales taxes in all states EXCEPT: AK, DE, HI, ID, MT, NH, ND, OR, SD and WY.

Sales Tax is additional and is added to your order total during checkout. State and local taxes will be applied to the final purchase price based on the delivery address. DO NOT BID IF YOU OBJECT TO PAYING SALES TAX.

I have a reseller/tax exemption certificate; do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will always be charged. To request a refund of the sales tax collected, please do the following:

  • If all of your purchases are tax exempt, you must present your tax-exempt certificate.
  • If you are using a restricted sales tax exemption certificate (per purchase order), you must present a confirming purchase order referencing the state sales tax exemption number for all orders exempt from sales tax.
Please fax your tax-exempt certificate or your confirming purchase order to 773-907-5399. Then send an e-mail to us at newarkinoneoutlet@newarkinone.com advising that the tax exempt certificate was sent. When the tax exempt status is verified, a refund for the sales tax collected will be issued via PayPal.

Why is tax charged for shipping and handling?
Most states treat shipping and handling as a value-added service that is considered taxable. The combined cost of shipping and handling is utilized to assess amount of sales tax to be charged.

The following states do not charge tax on shipping and handling: ID, NJ, OH, OK, & WY.

Shipping Questions

What shipping method do you use?
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Some items are shipped by LTL Truck Shipment. This will be specified in the product description.

How much do I pay for shipping and handling?
You can find the shipping and handling charges for your item in the listing under the Shipping and Payment Section and/or in the listing description.

Please note: Our shipping and handling charges are fixed prices and include insurance coverage for any damage that may occur during transit.

What is LTL Truck Shipment?
LTL Truck Shipments are made for items that have the following statement in the product description "Must Be Shipped by LTL Truck".

Your product will be shipped via an LTL ("Less than Truckload") carrier. These special freight truck deliveries are used for orders that exceed the weight and/or dimension restrictions of United Parcel Service.

How does LTL Shipment work?
The following is an outline of how LTL deliveries work:
You can expect a phone call from the freight company at least 24 hours prior to delivery. Therefore, it is important we have your daytime phone number. PLEASE INSURE YOUR EBAY PROFILE HAS YOUR CURRENT DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER. This is the number we will receive with your order. FAILURE TO PROVIDE A CURRENT PHONE NUMBER WILL CAUSE DELAYS IN SHIPMENT.

There are some special considerations regarding LTL freight deliveries. Please consider the following information before placing your bid:

  • Many truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. Please make arrangements to have extra help on hand to assist in these circumstances. Ramps and/or unloading equipment may be necessary to have at the site
  • If the shipping company needs to make special arrangements to unload merchandise for customers, such as special lift-gate truck delivery or extra delivery personnel, unless otherwise noted, it will be the responsibility of the customer to reimburse the trucking company
  • Some municipalities and some delivery areas prohibit truck freight delivery in residential areas. In these circumstances customers may have to arrange for pick-up at a local trucking distribution center
  • Please inspect the product carefully and thoroughly before signing the shipping receipt. Shipping damage is covered by the LTL freight company. Your signature on the receipt is your acceptance of the merchandise in good condition

Does insurance cost extra?
No. Insurance cost is included in the shipping and handling charges.

How long does it take to ship my item?
Your order will ship within two business days after we receive the order.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
After shipment, the transit time is 3-8 business days for UPS Ground (Standard). Please allow 14 days from the date of purchase before contacting us regarding the status of your shipment.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes/APO/FPOs?
No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs.

Do you ship to Hawaii/Alaska?
No, we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. We ship only to the contiguous 48 states.

Do you ship to US Provinces?
No, we do not ship to US Provinces. We ship only to the contiguous 48 states.

Do you ship Internationally?
No, we do not ship Internationally.

Are shipping charges negotiable?
No. Our shipping and handling charges are fixed prices and include insurance coverage for any damage that may occur during transit. We will combine orders to reduce the shipping and handling charges as long as we receive the orders on the same day.

How do I know my order has been shipped?
We currently do not have the capability to send you a shipment confirmation email. Your order will ship within two business days of our receiving the order. Your item should be delivered within 2 weeks of payment, so please allow up to 2 weeks after payment before sending an order status question.

Can I change my ship to address after I checked out?
For your security, once you check out you cannot change your shipping address.

I have not received my order yet. Who should I contact?

Return Policy Questions

What is the return and exchange policy?
We do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, if Newark InOne ships the wrong product, or if the product is found to be defective, based on the manufacturer's specifications, the product will either be replaced or refunded at the discretion of NewarkInOne Outlet.

My product arrived but it does not work, who should I contact?
