Return Policy

Recreational Specialties, Inc. guarantees all items to be brand new, in factory direct operating condition.  We offer a refund on products returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.  Returned products must be in original, as-received, unopened packaging and condition, and are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product.  Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item a refund will be issued by the same means payment was originally made.  Opened, used or abused returned products will be refused and shipped back freight collect at the buyer's expense.

 

Visible damage to a package should be inspected immediately and a claim should be filed against respective transportation company.  If product is damaged during shipment YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for inspecting package before signing for it. If you sign for it, you own it! Please inspect all deliveries received from companies such as UPS, FedEx, DHL or any other freight company prior to accepting packaging.  If there are any damages, all shipments are fully insured and you must file a claim immediately.

 

In the case of a defective dead-on-arrival product, Recreational Specialties, Inc. will prepay shipment back to our warehouse and an identical replacement will be issued.  All of our products carry the original manufacturer's warranty.

 

Billiard cues come with a full 1-year Manufacturer's warranty.  All necessary return information is individually packaged within the cue with an 800 number for all procedures.  Any return or exchange on a Cue must be in un-used, un-chalked and un-sanded condition.

 

Due to the nature of the following products, NO refunds will be issued on pool liners, special/custom orders, chemicals, replacement parts, pool kits or electrical motors.  You are responsible for all measurements on custom safety covers, spa covers or liners.  These items are manufactured based on the information you provide and we guarantee proper fit using your information and measurements.

 

Recreational Specialties, Inc. will not be held responsible for typographical errors on product listings.  All products are described to the best of our abilities using the original manufacturer's brochures, catalogs and descriptions.
